４月６日（火）より新年度が始まりました。新たに加わった７名の教職員と共に
充実した１年になるように頑張っていきましょう。

Hello there!

When the school year started, I was excited to do many things with the students. I wanted to eat lunch with them. I wanted to hear their stories from the school trip. However, we couldn’t do many of them this year. Still, I’m happy. I made a lot of great memories with them. I talked with them in English. I played games with them. I’m sad because we have to say goodbye especially to the 3rd year students, but I’m also happy because I have wonderful stories to treasure. One of my students said, “How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.” Let’s keep on making wonderful memories this coming school year. See you!

卒業証書授与式が行われ、３年生３３人が舟橋中学校を巣立っていきました。

最上級生として、後輩を引っ張り、舟橋中学校に新たな伝統を

残してくれた３３人に感謝です。

逞しく成長し、立派な姿で卒業した３３人の今後の活躍を祈っています。

卒業、おめでとう！

卒業を祝う会と部活動送別会が行われました。

１年生、２年生からの出し物の際には、体育館に笑いが起こる場面が

たくさんあり、３年生にも笑顔があふれていました。

生徒会執行部からの出し物では、過去の写真や転任された先生方からの

メッセージが写され、懐かしい思い出がたくさんよみがえりました。

３年生の卒業を祝う、１年生、２年生の気持ちが伝わる素晴らしい会となりました。

Hello there!

Today, I want to talk again about one of my favorite memories with the students this school year—the cleaning time. Every day after break time, the students and teachers help each other to clean the school. The students sweep the dust, wipe the floor, clean the restrooms, and so on. I also help them clean on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I usually help by sweeping the floor. The cleaning time is a great time for me to speak with the students in English. It’s fun. I actually don’t enjoy cleaning my own room, but I enjoy cleaning the school with the students.

３年生は、とうとう県立高校入試が明日となりました。

校長先生から激励の言葉をいただき、明日に向けて気持ちを

高めた生徒もいたようです。

舟橋中学校全校生徒一同、３年生の今までの努力が報われることを

心から祈っています。頑張れ！３年生！

Hello there!

I still can’t believe it! It’s the final month of the school year already. We have to say goodbye to the 3^rd year students soon. Before that, I want to share with you one of my best memories with them — their final speech test at school. The students talked about their best memories, dreams, message to their future selves, and the most important things they learned. I wish you could have watched them. You would be amazed too. They all spoke clear and smooth English. Everyone’s message was moving and deep. They were all fantastic! I’m really proud of them. I know they will continue to make amazing speeches in high school. I hope I could watch them again someday.

今日から３月になり、今年度も残り１か月となりました。

舟橋中学校の自慢の１つである、給食を食べることができる機会も

残りわずかです。毎日おいしい給食を作ってくださる

調理員の皆さんには、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

そこで給食委員会が中心となって、調理員の皆さんに

感謝の手紙を届けました。

Hello there!

One of my favorite things about going to school every day is the view of the Tateyama Mountains. Look at these pictures. The picture with the blue sky was taken after school last Friday. I took it just before going to the library. I took the other one on my first day of work in Funahashi Village just before going to school about 2 years ago. I showed these pictures to my friends and family in Philippines. They loved the view too. They said it made them want to come to Japan. Mt. Tate is not as famous as Mt. Fuji or Mt. Everest abroad, but for me it is one of the most beautiful scenery in the world. It makes me excited to get up and drive to school every morning.

太陽も出て、過ごしやすい暖かな一日となりました。

上着を脱ぎ、ポロシャツで過ごす生徒も多くいたように感じます。

休み時間など、今日も元気に活動していました。

休み明けの水曜日には、３年生は最後の到達確認テスト

１・２年生は学年末評価が予定されています。

体調管理にも気をつけながら学習を進めて下さい！
