生徒会活動の一環としてペットボトルキャップの回収を行っています。

今期は、ただ回収するのではなく、二つの選択肢から自分が好きなものを選んでボックスにキャップを入れることができる「エコキャップ投票」が行われています。

わくわくした気持ちでより多くのキャップを持ってきてほしいという生徒会執行部の思いから生まれた企画です。

今回のテーマ―はハンバーガーでした。イラストも凝っていてとてもかわいいですね。

生徒の皆さん、エコキャップ回収に協力しましょう！

今朝も登校時間帯に雪が舞いました。

雪の中は大変ですが、安全に登校してください。

寒い中でも、毎日の授業に精一杯取り組む舟中生の姿があります！

降り積もる雪にも負けず、元気に学ぶ舟中生です。

新しいALTのピーター先生の授業もあり、みんな楽しく授業に参加していました。

ピーター先生のあいさつで、「私は英語をあなたたちに教えるためにここにいます。何でも聞いてください。話しかけてください。」というお話がありました。

恥ずかしがらずにコミュニケーションができたらいいですね。

いよいよ３学期がスタートしました。

生徒代表の作文発表では、目標をもつことや前向きに考えることの大切さが語られ、全校生徒が真剣な面持ちで耳を傾けていました。

また、私は五十里校長先生からの「あなたは実行できる人ですか？それとも言うだけの人ですか？」という投げかけに身が引き締まりました。

新年にたてた目標を有言実行できるよう日々を大切に過ごしていきましょう。

Hello there!

Happy Holidays! It has been three years since I came to Funahashi Village. Those three years are the best three years of my life. Sadly, I have to leave. I’m going to stay in Gunma Prefecture for a week next month. After that, I’m going to teach in Uozu City from January to March. Leaving Funahashi Village makes me sad, but it’s okay. I know that you’ll keep on doing your best. I know that you’ll keep on enjoying English! I will still come and visit the library. I will still join some events in Funahashi Village. I really hope I could teach English in Funahashi Village again. If we meet each other, let’s talk in English again! See you!

Hello there!

Ho ho ho! Christmas is coming near! Look at the picture below. Who’s this? Well… it’s me! I became Santa Claus at a Christmas party last Saturday. The kids were very surprised to see Santa Claus! They were all shouting when they saw me. The kids asked me many questions in English. “Where are you from?” “How old are you?” “How did you come here?” “Where are the reindeer?” “Have you ever been caught by the police?” The questions were difficult to answer. I gave the kids some presents at the end of the party. I was very happy to see all of them smiling.

言葉を失う美しさです！！

Hello there!

We had a “bonfire” making event last Sunday at Orange Park. Many parents and kids came to enjoy making bonfires and eating “cup noodles.” It started at about 9:30 am. Everyone brought a cup of noodles and wrote a short message on it. The cups of noodles were exchanged randomly. We also played games. Making bonfires was difficult. We all worked hard and helped each other. It was tiring but fun. I met new people and exchanged stories with them. We all smiled together. It was a fun day.

人権意識に関するアンケート結果

学校内でも生徒、教員がそれぞれに自分の人権意識をチェックしました。

１２月４日から１０日まで「人権週間」です。本校ではお昼の特別放送等を通して人権について考えます。一人一人が自分の人権意識を見直し、お互いに思いやりをもって過ごしていけるように努めていきたいと思います。

本日、舟橋小学校と合同で地域学校保健委員会が行われました。

「目にやさしい生活をしよう！」をテーマに、各自の生活習慣を振り返り、問題点とその改善策を話し合いました。

舟橋中学校からは、２年生が参加しました。

小学生をリードして話合いを進める姿が、いつもより頼もしく見えました！

早川教育長さんの話にもありましたが、今回の話合いで決めた改善策をぜひ実行していきましょう。
