本の読み聞かせ
１年生は、読書推進の一環として絵本の読み聞かせに挑戦します。
舟橋小学校の皆さんに、本や絵本の魅力を読み聞かせを通して
伝える予定です。来週の本番に向けて、準備は順調のようです！
受検に向けて
３年生は、第３回到達確認テストを行いました。
受検に向けて動き出しています。教室内には、緊張感も漂っていました。
自分の進路実現のために一生懸命頑張っています。
舟橋中学校全体として応援していきたいと思います。
The Funahashi Times No.22 詩（ポエム） 木～ジョイス・キルマー～
Hello there!
Sometimes, when I’m bored, I read and write poems. One of my favorite English poems is Trees by Joyce Kilmer. It’s one of the most famous poems ever. These are the first two lines:
“I think that I shall never see
A poem as lovely as a tree”
The poem tells about the beauty of trees in every season. It tells that trees are connected to the earth. It also tells that trees are more beautiful than any man-made inventions or artworks, and we can never make a tree.
The last two lines are these:
“Poems are made by fools like me
But only God can make a tree”

壮行会
本日、今週末に実施される「新川地区中学校新人大会」に向けて
壮行会が行われました。
校長先生からの激励の言葉に加え、３年生有志によって
送られたエールは、気持ちの込もった素敵なものでした。
各部、自分たちの目標に向かって頑張ってきて下さい！健闘を祈っています！
任命式
本日、後期生徒会任命式が行われました。
生徒会執行部員、各専門委員長に任命証が手渡されました。
これからは、２年生が中心となって舟橋中学校の生徒会を
運営していきます！生徒会活動を更に活発にしてくれることを
楽しみにしています！
The Funahashi Times No.21 Speakingの練習に・・・英語の「早口言葉」
Hello there!
Have you heard of “Tongue Twisters”? These are English phrases or sentences that are difficult to say. Some have interesting meanings. Some don’t have any meaning at all. Tongue Twisters are good for practicing English speaking. It may be difficult at first, but I’m sure you can do it. Why don’t you try and challenge yourself. Here is one famous English Tongue Twister. “She sells seashells by the seashore.” Did you try it? Here is another one. “How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.” There many more Tongue Twisters out there. Let’s keep on challenging ourselves. Good luck!
エコキャップ回収
令和２年度前期執行部では、エコキャップ回収に
力を入れて取り組んできました。「少しでも村の福祉の
役に立ちたい」という生徒会長の意思のもと、全校生徒の協力もあり
多くのエコキャップが集まりました。
協力して下さった皆様、ありがとうございます。
本日、村の福祉協議会に届けてきました。車いすなどの購入に
役立てていただく予定です。
習字
各学年、国語の時間を利用して習字を練習しています。
心を落ち着け、１字１字丁寧に書いていました。
教室内も独特の静けさと緊張感に包まれていました。
完成後は、廊下に作品を掲示する予定です。完成を楽しみにしています！
生徒会選挙
本日、後期生徒会選挙が行われました。
月日が経つのは早いもので、新旧役員交代の時期が
迫ってきました。３年生から２年生へと生徒会活動の
バトンが引き継がれます。
合唱コンクールに向けて
先日、合唱コンクールに向けて、各クラスの指揮者、伴奏者、パートリーダーが
参加しリーダー研修会が開催されました。
体育大会が終わり、次の学校行事は合唱コンクールと学習発表会です。
各クラス、どのような歌声を披露してくれるのか
今から楽しみです！！
