英語の授業より　「フィリピンでたこやきつくってみた！」

I challenged my cooking skills. Look at the pictures below. Can you guess them? They’re takoyaki. I made them in the Philippines last winter vacation. I wanted to cook Japanese food for my family, so I brought takoyaki flour, katsuo flakes, and takoyaki pan from Japan. It wasn’t easy to find octopus in the Philippines, so I used sausage. I thought cooking takoyaki was easy, but it was difficult. My takoyaki didn’t become perfect circles. They didn’t look good. I was a little sad at first, but everyone in my family ate. They said they liked the flavor and it made me smile. I want to challenge myself and make takoyaki again for them. Next time, I think I’ll get it right.
